WASHING TANKS

designs and develops a large different models of washing tanks
suitable for pre-washing and washing treatments.
For any model, dimensions depend
on capacity of the line, usually divided in 250 – 500 – 1000 – 2000
Kg/h.
VP model is a tank suitable to
reprocess highly contaminated materials: its aim is to eliminate an
important percentage of contaminants from the material, before it
reaches following reprocessing steps. The shredded material enters
the tank and it is pushed, by means of a water diffuser, under a
belt which has both the function to make it move forward and to
sink. The pollutants, removed by the action of the belt, fall on the
bottom of the tank and are extracted by means of a second belt,
located in counter-flow.
VL model is a tank suitable to
wash effectively foil and film. It works by the action of rotors
provided with special paddles and driven by adjustable speed motors.
For models VL the extraction of
the pollutants takes place through a special system with auger,
located in counter-flow on the bottom of the tank and with discharge
section positioned over the water mark.
For models VLNE, the extraction of
the pollutants takes place through a special band, located in
counter-flow on the bottom of the tank.
Another model designed is VPS.
This tank use rotors to move the material and a paddle system to
extract pollutants.
