The series of storage bins produced by P.R.T.
Service & Innovation varies on the basis of the type of
material.
The FS storage bin allows the storage of ground
leaf materials.
It is equipped with an internal movement system
which avoids the agglomeration of material.
In the lower part, there is a variable speed
rotary valve which doses the material onto a fan (pneumatic
transportation). In the upper part, an unloading cyclone with a
dust recovery system is affixed.
The HSF storage bin allows the storage of ground
plastic fibres and filaments.
It is equipped with a three-stage internal
movement system. which avoids the accumulation of material and
facilitates the feeding of the two extraction screws.

The SO4 series storage bins have been designed in
order to be able to store and extract dry ground films with a
high percentage of humidity (up to 20% in weight) easily.
The operational system requires the use of 4
screws (two right-hand and two left-hand), placed on the bottom
of the storage bin itself, motorised by 4 inverter-controlled
motors.
PS storage bins are useful for the collection of
granules after they come out of regranulation systems. They are
mounted on suitable structures equipped with hooks for the
application of big-bags. The storage bin hatch can be opened
manually or pneumatically.
The VM series vertical silos mixers are suitable
for plastic pellets, powdered or densified.
The machine consists of a cylindrical tank with conical base,
within which acts a vertical screw, in turn contained in a
cylinder.
The screw, driven by an electric motor, continuously mixing the
material, transporting it from the bottom to the top of the
tank.
The silo can be filled through a hopper attached to the bottom
of the machine or through a cyclone mounted on the top cover of
the silo.
Emptying occurs through a tube placed in the conical tank,
operating a manual valve, the tube can be mounted in different
positions.
The mixer is equipped with inspection door, safety switch and
electrical panel.
