GRINDERS G GF GL GB

designs and develops different models of grinders depending on
theirs applications.
Models GL are studied
expressly for washing plants: on working chamber it’s possible
to introduce at the same time materials and water.
Rotors are different for
disposal and number of blades: in-line, staggered, 3 or 5.
Powers are variable from 45 kW to 110 kW and rotors lengths from
600 to 1200 mm.
A special grinder is the model
G75100B, built to work lamps, crates, high thickness pipes. Its
rotor, with dimensions of 750 x 1000 mm, is designed with 3
staggered blades and the istalled power of 132 kW allows to
grind blocks of 25 kg.
Other models are GF: ideal to
grind film. These could be equipped with a reel feeding system.
Rotor lengths are from 400 to 1200 mm with 5 blades. Power from
37 to 110 kW.

P.R.T. S&I designs and develops 3
models of single shaft shredders, ideal for working highly polluted
film in washing plants.
These machines could be installed
on floor or directly on washing tanks.
On the rotor shaft are located
different shaped blades which are opposed to fixed blades,
positioned inside the shredding chamber. The particularity of these
blades allows to work in both directions.
For models TM1 and TM3, rotor is
driven by an epicycloidal gear box, with forced lubrication system
and by an hydraulic motor, provided with relevant power pack with
heat exchanger.
For model TM2, rotor is driven by
electrical motor.
A strain control system is
installed on all the machines to allows the inversion of working
direction.
