P.R.T. Service & Innovation is
proud of its wide experience in the design and manufacture of
extruders, destined both for the regeneration of plastic materials
and the working of the materials themselves.
The machines produced up until now
start from a diameter of 20 mm and reach 200 mm.
The motorisations applied to the
machines are also varied, with AC or DC motors which are air or
water cooled.
Screws and cylinders are produced
with extremely high quality quenched and tempered steel and can be
designed from time to time on the basis of the type of material to
be worked on and generally require the use of one or more degassing
systems.
Important manufacturing has been
carried out for applications regarding pipe coverings, the
preparation of masters in general and for rotational pressing and
direct recovery obtaining finished products.
