Pelletizing plants

PELLETIZING LINES

The pelletizing or compounding plants, made by PRT Service & Innovation, are characterized by being designed and produced, from time to time, according to the needs of the customer, with respect to the materials to be worked.
The main steps that characterize them are: volume reduction, feeding of the extruder, dosing of additives, melting, mixing, filtration, pelletizing and storage.
The general identification of these plants is mainly characterized by the type of material to be treated and the installed extruder.
Workable materials are: film, rigid, foams, fibers and mixed as for example LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, BOPP, OPP, PC, ABS, PC ABS, PS, EPS, XPS, HIPS, XPE, PE PA, PP PA, PE PET, PE PETG, PE Al, PLA, PVDF, PA, PA 6.6, METALLOCENE, SURLYN, PC ABS, PC PBT, PMMA, POM, SAN, TPU, TPO, TPE, EPDM, CA, transparent, colored, with additives, coupled, printed, metallized.
