Description
of machine functions:
The
densifications systems are made up mainly of densifiers or
agglomerators (A series).
It is possible to complete this machine with a series of additional
equipment in order to facilitate processing and quality of the final
product.
If processing reels or bales of film, it is possible to equip the
system with a shredder (TM series) for obtaining medium to large
markings.
The material can be manually loaded inside the densifier or by means
of a conveyor belt.
The processing phases are cyclical therefore the operator can
control and follow the entire transformation process from his own
station.
This process is characterised by the following phases:
1. Feeding
2. Grinding- plasticization by means of a wheel contrasted by fixed
blades and located on the bottom perimeter of the work chamber
3. Interrupt plasticization by introducing water that determines the
disintegration of the melt
4. Unload by means of pneumatically controlled opening
When unloading, the material can be gathered in an appropriate tank
within which an extraction auger is applied.
If the agglomerated parts with large dimensions are to be eliminated
and a more homogeneous product is required, it is possible to use a
screen selector unit (VS, VSB series) and unload the material inside
a mixing stocking silo (VM series).
