PRT Service & Innovation is a company with thirty years of experience of its two founders, and based on the application of modern technologies to supply designs, execution and installation of a wide range of machines and plants. It is also involved in the research and development of solutions to improve production processes in the field of recovery and processing of plastic materials.

In terms of logistics our company is located in an absolutely strategic position, with its offices, mechanics and warehouse.
The wide space available in the assembly area makes it possible to test machines and their plants before delivery.
There is also room for technological tests, for the development of new prototypes and a laboratory for tests and inspection of plastic materials.

COMPLETE RECYCLING PLANTS

PRT Service & Innovation offers a wide range of complete plants for the regeneration of thermoplastic polymers, with production capacity ranging from 30 to 2000 kg/h, in compact or multi-component variations. Multi-components plants are characterised by the placing of the equipment of regeneration lines in successive sequence: it is therefore possible to carry out the different processes in different periods – material preparation, grinding, washing, storage, feeding, extrusion and pelletizing.

 

All plants and their components are studied according to which and how many types of materials the customer intends to process: from the supply of plants for the processing of various thermoplastic products to that of specific systems for each material, optimising production and the final quality.
